Message Now let's get to the nuts and bolts:

1). 20 runs on the dyno? That 20 runs that you KNOW about represent EVERY SINGLE RUN EVER DONE on my 300. This includes the Stage 3 dyno, stock turbo'd dyno, T25/T28 dyno, and the TD 05 dyno.
This is easy enough for me to go and pull from the dyno shop along with the date and data from each run.

2). E-MAILS - When told of the knock here is part of your response in your words: "LOL. We did roughly $75K with them last year alone. That is well over 25 full motor builds. I have had a few come back with rod bearing failure but it was no way a result of bad machine shop work." ALSO, "I can tell you now it is not a torque or clearance issue with your motor. If it was it would have showed up within the first 250 miles. I know what you will find in your motor from the clues you gave in your posts and I guarantee it won't be a machine shop error".
*If you feel I did not represent the true spirit of your e-mail, then let me know and I will post it in its entirity.*
First time the motor is spun up it knocks. If the motor was babied enough during the break-in process I have little doubt a clearance issue could keep its head buried through that. ALL the machine shops I have talked to have agreed with me on this point.

3). OWNERSHIP - The fundamental issue that I have with our past interactions has been your complete lack of ownership. What interests me is that if anyone were to ask you about why this car/motor project was removed from your shop, there would not be any issue in which you would accept responsibility. If there was a way you could point fault at me, you would. We both know how it went down and we both know you will have a hard time pointing a finger my way with any of it. Heck, you even told me last time that YOU were the one who ended the relationship.
*This is important because if and when your customers were to have an issue with one of your motors, they no doubt want a friendly, helpful voice on the other end.*

4). High Performance Engine Warranties: & (JDM used Engines ).....If this had just to do with used JDM motors then it would be easy enough to just state that fact. If this warranty issue is not meant to include your "High Performance Engine", then it should be an easy enough matter to remove that verbage from your webpage and give your customers a bit more confidence in what they are purchasing.

5). Motor removal and inspection: Based on our long standing track record, the motor will stay HERE and be broken down by an independent machine shop. Documentation will be extensive and will be shared with the forum.
